The skymaster F-15 is an excellent choice. It flys well and would be great for someone new. I actually think a 100 would not be ideal in the F-15. The 140 would be perfect. It will not likely be close to 200 though. It has a lot of drag. You are probably looking at about 170mph. My buddy has one with a 30lb thrust turbine in it. He really likes it.
