Oh yes I ironed down the edges. So far I have seen a couple places I will have to hit with the iron again but very few.
I definitely need a better fan than the one I have. Will look into getting a new one before spraying the Polyspray.
2 coats appear to be doing the job. I only have one wing panel to go.
