Thanks for the tip on the tapes, will try that I have some parchment paper on hand.
I went outside and checked the basement window for airflow and no air coming out. I went in and turned the fan off and pulled it down from the window and the blades had a lot of dust and overspray build up on them. A quick cleaning of the blades and I now have air flowing again.
Once I get everything aired out I will gat on to spraying the last wing panel.
