Got all my small repairs done, you know, the ones that seam to take forever, cleaned the work table and brought in my long awaited Skymaster T-33 to start the build. Like every project, when the pieces are on the table, you wunder where to start. Looked at it for a hour or so, and whent to town.
This will be the order for now
1- Clean up all,( what not should be their in the first place)
2-remove the speed brakes and tape the flaps for inside red paint.
3-Trim the cockpits for easy removal and install rail for support
4- install the fuel tanks
5-beef up any area's with special epoxy formula of West systems 205 epoxy, milled carbon fiber( very hard to find a supplier) and Cabosil Thixotropic filler.
6-Build a front mount for the gages and power box switch
That's 2 days work
more to come.
