If it still runs true, you should be able to fly with just the prop adapter; the spinner is primarily cosmetic, it isn't necessary.
I'm having a fine Christmas season; the kids are all happy, I'm well-fed and we're just winding down the weekend. We were busy last week with Christmas doings, and this weekend the weather has been foul... so I haven't made any progress on the car for over a week. Hoping for a break in the weather Sunday; we'll see.
