What else do you need to stop it? If a servo goes dead just kill the engine from your radio.... as we all do on our 1/5 scale gas cars.

It was made to stop an engine, not a runaway car. Like I said before. OP could buy it. But that engine stopper is not stopping the car. He could still buy it and still have the car roar down the street at 50mph and hit a person.
He (or we) need to pinpoint what's causing all this and fix it. Or else he's njust going to have a car that glitches out every single time he does a speed run.
So what do you prefer, a car that malfunctions every time you go down the road but stops safely because you dished tons of cash on cool and shiny fail safe devices or a car has no problems to begin with but still has safety features that prevent it from suffering if any?
Nothing is cheap or expensive, you simply have to be smart.
