I like your latch idea . I wonder why Hanger 9 didn't put a top hatch like the one on the PA18 . I put the floats on my Carbon Cub . We have a New Years fun fly every new years day . I like the electrics in the winter and floats work great in the snow . I also have an E flight Beaver and a I Con to fly so it should be a good day . Big bon fire Chili Coco to help keep us warm in the minus 14 weather . Should be good lift though .
