Since this thread is getting some life, I will share some pics of my progress…. My buddy painted the plane with PPG liquid metal, it looks awesome. Depending on how you clear and weather it, it looks like metal… ;-) I have four pages of little tiny nomenclature stickers to put on, then it has to be cleared, then I can do final assembly. I love the distressed look that CARF or fiber classics or whoever did it put into the plane. Looks like the real thing!
