Jack, it will be generally latex. I believe they also have some "latex enamel" combos these days. This is not a bad option for flat finishes and is certainly a very safe way to go as it is all water clean up. But have also had issues with getting a good match. Also sometimes I've found this paint didn't shoot well and can kind of foam up a bit. Price can't be beat and is worth a try.
