Default What's the capacity of a 4.8V 600mAh RX pack?

Hi, I wonder if a 4.8V 600mAh RX pack could handle 5-6 servos on a .60 size scale plane. I intend to use the airpack on a Top Flite P-47D kit which has retract and flaps in the future.

How many flights will it last? Three or four? Currently, I'm flying a SIG LT-40 trainer (4 servos). A pack like this will have the capacity for at least 5-6 fligts.

In addition, I wonder if I can use a 50mAh charging rate to charge a 4.8V 1000mAh pack. JR recommends a 120mAh charging rate. They offer a different charger for helis. My question is whether I can use a lower, say 50mAh rate, and charge it for a longer time.

Thanks for your information.
