That pilot looks to be a Blue Box RAF Pilot. They haven't made them for some time although they do make other RAF Pilots.
Sometimes you can find one on Ebay but they don't come cheap.
Concerning pilots of about the 1/6 scale, go to warbirdpilots.com I think it is. They are very nice, and not to $$$$ for the detail involved. I have 2 now.
