Progress report for this evening: cut all new motor mount plates and doublers. This is the OS46 bolt pattern set..

Perfect fit, I found some old engine that had the same bolt pattern to test, check it out:

Get this.. the entire center assembly, with the spar stubs (3g each) is 85 grams. That's everything in the last pics except the hardware of course, with the whole thing generously CA'ed together. All plywood.

So I weighed a Hayes AS-40 engine mount to compare - 51g! I like it.

Next on the list.. OS .32, and I'll see if the NovaRossi site has the mounting info. If not.. I could use that.
