Got another two flights in today. I added the 3/4 ounce back to the tail wheel and it bearly made a difference, still a little nose heavy so I left them on. It ended up removing about half of the trim. On the dive test it leveled out slowly but still required a bunch of down elevator when inverted. Im thinking maybe another 3/4 ounce might make it all good.
My buddy re-tuned the motor so I could get a lower idle which made for a much better landing. Got a little braver with the spins but have to work on getting it to flat spin. I'm thinking there's gonna be a smoke system coming its way lol.
