Turtle Report:
I have poked my head out of my shell and started on the ailerons. The table isn't large enough for the whole wing, so I had to lay it at an angle........I shimmed the spars so that the trailing edge sits flat on the board and pinned the wing trailing edge to the table so things don't shift and then laid out the aileron/torque tube arrangement.
The inboard rib is the same as the wing rib tailing edge section.......each rib thereafter had to be hand fit. A bit time consuming but fruitful.
