Mate all FG nd CF dust is nasty, always wear a respirator. CF fibre can be absorbed into the body if you get it stuck in the skin. Be very careful it.

Will also be whareing nylite gloves, typed cuffs and the dust mask will see how this first bit goes, if I get a lot of dust will go for a vac box to sand in.
