Looks to be a Savage X by the chassis plates but, I thought the X came with 4 shocks instead of 8. Go look at the chassis plates where they bolt to the front or rear differential bulk head. The very front (or rear) bolt, is it bolted on top hole or bottom hole? Also looks like your brake lever is missing and they have some sort of throttle linkage hooked up, looks like a 4 way servo horn?
