I think I like the CNC router cutting over the laser... with the laser, I feel the glue bond maybe compromised with the scorched edges... I know sanding it off helps, but with a very small spindle straight router bit CNC controlled, its the better way to go.
That integral fuselage jigg is very handy; pre build stainless cabane strut... those EMHW kits are top notch with out a doubt and so they should for the price.
