Like RCKen, I am recovering from the flu and decided to give this one a pass. You included comment, below, was hilarious! Personally, I would have thought the sound of panicked screaming coming through the headphones would have been sufficient to alert the pilot; but a sharp retort never hurts to ensure the point is made. The pilot's right thigh was within reach of the observer, and a jab with a suitably pointy object was a useful backup to ensure a dive was pulled out of in time! "
