Looking in the manual or you can download it at HPI...your model came with a "standard" sized" servo Length: 1.59" (40.6mm)Width: 0.77" (19.8mm)Height: 1.48" (37.8mm). I see that the HPI SF-10W (stock servo):

and has some type of plastic gears in it
I'm also guessing there is no bearings either

Those servos that I linked in the above post:
94 & 130.53 oz-in of torque to push the the wheels/tires/linkage with ease
Along with ball bearings to make servo more durable/last longer...
They have metal gears to handle more stress and will strip less than plastic gears.

Oh, the downside on the Hitec servos that were linked...they are not waterproof.
