I took the plunge and am constructing a uni-flow tank for the Ee-Zee One. So far, a very enjoyable process and not as difficult as expected.

A question on placement of the uniflow tube. On the photo above are two white dots on the tank's front. Should I go with the upper dot or the lower one? I suspect that the lower location would require an vertical rise and then a forward-facing right angle. Or perhaps it should be installed through the top of the tank? Any help would be appreciated.
