test flew Xcalibur #2 ( RAF) scheme , and flew completely different than my old one
trim was way off ( used all available elevator down trim) and the plane kept climbing
cg is at 160mm
right aileron trim was also way off - had aprox 3-5mm right aileron trim to try keep the plane flying level
all I can say is that maybe this specific plane flys different
don't get me wrong , the first plane I had flew like a dream , I needed to offset the motor a bit with down thrust to get it flying straight with full pwer , but at least the elevator trim was level and wings were level too
bit disappointed .. any ideas?
We'll I made a set of new mounts and angled the turbine even more down thrust and that did not help much
yesterday I added 2 washers under the front bolts that hold the elevator to the booms changing the elevator incidence and that made a huge difference
Can it be I received a dud kit with the incidence between wing and elevator way off ??
if anyone else had this would appreciate your feedback
