All of the kits or RTRs that I really want cost a fortune to a cheapskate on Social Security like me. That's way out of my budget. But if HL came out with a half way decent tractor and trailer for a few hundred bucks ---- I think I could go another year without dental work and new prescription glasses. Hey Rex. I'm interested in a Dragon Wagon but it's not really a priority. I was just curious if anyone on RCU had experience with it.
For hauler I'm slowly working up.to the Kaelble and the low loader the Jochen Maier started many years ago. I sent the differential back to Germany
so they can be made functional( my example is a bare bone 'display' model) and I'll be getting the other parts to make it fuly operational. I was going to get
one in '96 but plans fell through due to other commitments. Now hopefully I'll finish what I started long ago. I already have the fully functional load loader ( Tieflader)
and it's quite impressive. I'm working with Jurgen Stehr to make this thing a reality.
So while I'd like a Dragon Wagon, I really want it in 1/10 scale not the 1/16 scale version.
