I have had the servo lead trapped under tail plane a couple of times which makes the trim out a little, I made the cut out in bottom of tail plane bigger to allow it to sit flat, it's only a small amount so not easy to see that it's out till you take off.

thought the same but that was checked and was ok.
Will check wing with incidence meter against stab and see where the difference is
in any case looks way off
