yesterday I added 2 washers under the front bolts that hold the elevator to the booms changing the elevator incidence and that made a huge difference
Can it be I received a dud kit with the incidence between wing and elevator way off ??

izzy, this is something that happened with a lot of Boomerang kits the booms where not located accurately and needed a bit of packing on the elevator to compensate, you have found the solution.
