It is all fine and good to try to have total transparency with the Internet but sometimes I think that all the justifying of actions is damaging to all parties involved. At the end of the day, these statements get made and there is a rebuttal leaving all customers in an awkward spot wondering which of the two business's who both have great reputations is telling the bigger truth. At the end of the day, anything that causes issues for any dealer or business to have difficulty with a product renders it no longer economically feasible and that is really all the public needs to know.

Just my opinion as a business owner.
What you say makes sense and I basically agree, However in the end I feel most customers will judge things based on their individual experience with the respective companies.
