He's running nimhs, so that's not such an issue, and yes, I do use a lipo bag when charging lipos, and that's inside a steel box with a bucket of sand nearby, just in case. If you do go to lipos, remember that some fire extinguishers will only make a lipo fire worse, and sand is probably the best thing to extinguish a runaway lipo.
