let me tell you this converting a indy truck to solid axle is and will be expensive i have a custom solid axle short course truck made out of a Kyosho MP5 and i have about $2k into it if you include the price of the mp5 originally but i got it for free but still have around 1500$ into it and it still cant run, needs more parts still...
me personally i would just get the kyosho foxx like i linked in your other thread will save you ALOT of time and money in the long run...
also random question if you are still interested going the custom route. how much experience with rcs do you have and any machining experience? cause what you want to do WILL require atleast fabricating a few of parts(indy suspension lockouts,4link mounts,etc..) or just spending countless hours trying to find the parts that "Look" like they'll fit but they are really not even close in person
hate to burst your bubble but this will save you some cash... that 180$ may seem cheap for the madstone but by the time you lock out the axles(and turn them into solid axle) get a tvp chassis, different center trans, driveshafts will be way over 600$ and still might need more or different parts
may not look like it but this is about $1200 there in this pic(have a nice body with some addons(that costed around 250$ or so)
now tho unless you have already started on your project.. first thing is if the output shafts on the diffs are 8mm and 99% of the time the output shaft on the center trans is only 5mm
this is the longest/cheapest/most durable drive shaft i could find when i set out and made my truck

have ran it on 4s has a tiny bit of slop but never got looser after the first time i ran 4s on it
also will need these and be able to drill out a side of it that the set crew from the driveshaft can fit through

those make it so you can stick a 8mm driveshaft ona 5mm output(but they NEED to be modified first)
