I have a 4*60 and a TT .61 2s. I'd have to say it "may" fly it, but definately is a bit underpowered. You'd probably need a 90 4s to fly it.

My 60 has enough power to fly and pretty fast, but not much else. I'd use it on the 40 size 4* personally.
