Yes, the 4*60 is bigger than the Tiger60. I think the 70Surpass would "fly it" anyway, but don't look for many aerobatics.

I would go with the Tiger, as I think it is a better design than the 4*. It is more stable and precise, with better ground behaviour. I think it looks better too.
