Where is this utiopian world where rules, regulations, and even laws have stoped the ignorant? We have the Ten Commandments that came from GOD and we still have, theft, murder, adultery, etc.. Why does anybodt believe that an arcane governemt agency issuing FARS, NOTAMS and incomprehensible regulations will cause drones to go away?

Deal with it they are here to stay.
