I actually have 1/2 inch up and down, with dual rates, that is cut to about 3/8 up and down. The elevator is VERY effective. Looking forward to you final product.

Here was the crash video just for fun. There was actually no structural damage, outside of a broken stab spar. Long story on cause of the crash, but not the airplane's fault
