Just getting back to working on my BUSA 1/3 Moraine Saulnier and I was wondering what any of you may have done to install linkages for the elevators. If I'm not mistaking
the full scale elevator and rudder linkage controls were located internal to the fuse. I'm trying to design a heavy metal piece of music wire that will be u-shaped to join both halves of the elevator with a piece of brass plate between the two, shaped as a control horn and drilled for the internal linkage to attach the servo. I have used silver solder to attach the brass control horn and it feels pretty strong. Has anyone tried this or do any of you have any ideas for a better setup? Thanks for the help.
