Apc 9x4 16100rpm is too heavy prop,tight turns and rpm go down.
China apc 8x4 19200rpm is very good, engine not loose rpm in tight turns,but 1:12 ekw thun is too slow plane.
You are running too lean, not enough oil and the muffler does not provide enough tank pressure.
