Started up the plane for the first time today. started immediately. vibration at low throttle is severe, so severe that it is not flyable like this. Once past mid throttle, perfectly smooth. Kim, I think you had the exact same problem and it was the hall sensor position?? I will have video uploaded soon. Need to figure this out.

With the three A123's and a 3s lipo behind the cockpit, its gonna take around 2 pounds of weight in the tail. Total weight will be around 49 pounds. How does this sound for those who've built it??
Kim or Tom, any advise??
