Hi i have had 14 flights with mine and only two good landings.
It likes to eat worms on landing, i have moved the wheels forward as well but am still testing.
My CG is set with the wheels down at the rearward point shown on the plan. I did this to try and get as much bite in the elevator as i can for the landing.
I have triple switches as well and fly on the mid range and go to high range when the flaps come down I have a feeling that at low landing speeds the four split flaps might be smothering the elevator.
When landing i try to get it as flat as possible and a couple of feet of the deck before applying flair.
With a 3W85 in it has plenty of go and it is a fantastic flier the wing is a masterpiece my aircraft with the CG set on the rear point turns on a sixpence .
It likes to drop a left wing on take off so lots and lots of aileron and right rudder held through the climb out, keep the speed up on take off.
Dave.
