when you say vet I have to assume you mean the Vet Administration, I chose the Vet Admin. also but I also have insur. thru my ex employer, so when I saw the huge amount of people using the Vets I felt I was being a bit self serving and returned to my primary physician for care, cost was nuch the same so I felt I eased the load on the Admin. and yes I feel the doctors and service were better.
I don't feel anybody -with exceptions - owe me anything. I find more to be thankful for every day.
No vet as in veterinarian. Back in the 30s when my dad was a kid in a foster home (read that as the farm needed another field hand) he learn to fear and respect his foster father when one of his mule bit him on the shoulder and he threw a haymaker and laid the mule out cold. The veterinarian that set the mule's jaw (broken in three places) also set the old man's arm (broken in two places)!
