Last year I obtained a partially built 1/2A stunt plane from Steve Adams of Select Hobbies. The first picture shows the basic components; fortunately Steve included a nice set of plans so I could easily cut out any piece needed. Also included was a fuselage designed for a solid flat-bottom wing and a slab of balsa which hopefully with enough planning/sanding could be transformed into such wing. I think Steve envisioned a kind of control line racer for the solid wing version. If I was going to build one, might as well build the other and have two Shoestring racers.
