After seeing the pics, I don't think a 1/4 scale guy would look too big at only a quarter inch taller and hopefully wider. They are wire frame pilots so we should be able to shape a slightly larger pilot in? I would think so anyway from just comparing product descriptions. Taller pilot would also let you slide the seat back so it's not covering up that right side panel instrumentation?
On a different note, where did you guys get your cockpit railing from and install it? I see the pictures and the nice drawing Peter did but just a little more detail on how you actually attached the canopy to the rails and install the rails into the airframe. did you use 4-40 ball links or something like that through the canopy railing? Just a tad more details needed before I feel comfortable ordering stuff for that.
