Two blinking green lights indicate incorrect wiring of motor, reverse switch position is incorrect, or the controller is set incorrectly.

Two solid orange lights indicate that there is too much electric current for the motor.

What I interpret that to mean is that there is possibly a short in your motors somewhere, and after a while, the system goes into safe mode to prevent damage. I hope that helps.
Intersting Leong, All my DMD's blink green and are good to go till throttle is applied. Solid green for forward and solid red for reverse, though I've never followed Tammy's guide to setup TX and channels I like to operate with.
