Well....

I may have figured out why the G38 muffler doesn't fit... Because the motor on the plane is not a G38.. It appears to be a Quadra 35. I was looking around and found the attached photos of a Q35. That is what mine looks like!

Bennett still makes mufflers for the Q35 so I may just order one of those.
