For other owners reading this forum - If you are looking for carburetors or repair kits, many of those vendors do not actually have the item in stock at their brick and mortar location. They will order it from some larger stocking warehouse. I've experienced these small vendors taking a month or more to ship the order and when the part comes, it is shipped direct from the large warehouse.
I have also been personally told that the item was in stock and then get a notice a couple days later that the part is no longer available.
You were right about that.
Here is the message I got today, one week after I ordered it;

are on rush order from the factory.
SKU: WL-K10-WYD QTY: 2 of 2 **LEAD TIME IS APPROXIMATELY
7-15 BUSINESS DAYS**
Please let us know if you prefer to cancel any of these
items from your order. Otherwise we'll ship them out just as
soon as we receive them from the factory.
Sorry for the delay and thanks again for your order.
