It's just another medium for communication, and a more interactive one at that.

I created a very small one for our club site years ago, simply to help members co-ordinate their time at the field with others (subject matter experts/ friends). It's self-cleaning (posts remain for a finite number of days, yet I've never seen it empty) and has been very popular/successful.

I have no desire to expand it beyond it's current capabilities or profit from it. I just wanted something lightweight and maintenance free.[8D]
