Nice work Ace... do you round over the edges on the tail surface by hand?... I lost the patients to do that years ago... I don't know what I would do with out my router and round over bits.... about the only thing I'll sand by hand are flat surfaces, wing top & bottom, and the leading edge, but I use a long / flat sanding bar to do that.
