My sympathies and condolences go out to you and your family. Many think that Memorial day is only to commemorate a bunch of old dudes back in history who died a long time ago for this country. They forget (with the help of our national media these days) that our best and our bravest men and women are still TODAY! dying in battle and deserve the same respect and honor. Every one of these brave soldiers deserve the utmost respect. As citizens we must not allow them to ever be forgotten. We must also remember that America is still involved in a major conflict with our loved ones serving overseas and the decisions we make here affect them. They won't be forgotten in this family.
