Default RCGF 15cc will not run!

Hi guys,

Need help with my new RCGF 15cc engine. After 2 flights It all of a sudden will not transition from idle to full power. The engine dies as soon as I add power. I ran two tanks through the engine on a test stand with out a problem. I then mounted it to my Big Stick 60. I maiden the plane today. First flight went perfect with no issues. About 5 min into my second flight I could hear the engine tone change so I landed and killed the engine. I refueled and put it on the test stand and I figured I need to adjust the High end. Well I could not get it restarted. The engine would fire up for about 3 seconds and quit. After messing around with low end needle I finally got it to start and stay running but as soon as I advance the throttle it quits! Every time. I spent an hour playing with the needles with no luck. I reset the needles to the factory position as per the user manual and nothing works! I really feel stuck. I used new clean fuel but I didn't have a filter on my gas line in the plane. I took the pump plate off the carb and the filter was clear. However the screw holding the pump plate in place was not very tight and I wonder if this is the reason. I discovered this when I got home. Any ideas? And thinks in advance

Key points:

A: I ran two tanks ( 20 oz in total ) on a test stand and it ran as it should with a nice idle and no hesitation to full power. Engine has seen about 40 oz of fuel all together.

B: I am running mineral 2 stroke oil at 25:1 with a 91 octane gasoline.

C: I have tried the default spark plug as well as a Honda CM-6 with the same results.

D. There is no bubbles in the fuel line.

E: No fuel line filter however the filter on the carb pump was clear.
