Taigen has Erik, and to me that is all that differentiates this brand from Heng Long. Erik is available to answer questions and supply service. So for people who need this sort of thing they have positioned themselves well. Take Erik out of the picture, and all you got is a Heng Long tank with Asiatam upgrades.

They would cease to exist if Heng Long did not supply parts to them, and for that reason I don't even think of them as another brand at this point. Very similar to the Walthersons European adventure except better executed by IMEX and Erik.
