I still need to read up on Lipo charges so I know I'm doing it right as I charged it at 4.0a 7.4v for about 40 minutes the cells were balance charging and reading 5.02v so I dont even think it was charged full.

This thing is crazy fast bone stock. I'm gonna see if there is a way to graduate the throttle and brakes because just bumping the throttle will flip it and if I let off the throttle it seems to be full on brake.

Those charging numbers dont sound right or safe.....maybe I need more coffee. No way should the batteries read 5.02v, pack total or per cell. Are you using a lipo charger ?
