The top wing on mine I THINK ended up as +2 degrees with everything else set at zero but it's been 10 years sence I built that plane. As I recall I had the blue prints tacked to my wall level at the datum line then measured the incidences with my meter and set the plane accordingly. I don't recall the incidence stated in the instructions.
During my Bipe years I often set all incidence at zero then changed them during the trim flights until I gave the planes what they wanted.
I'm still kicking myself for selling my Moth, fantastic plane but a pain in the butt to haul it. I kept my planes to 68 inches, any bigger and they didn't fit in my van without taking them apart.
