Our club float flies every wed starting pretty soon at Boca Res in CA, about 30 mins from here, providing there is enough water. I have a Goldberg Cub on floats that is going on 29 years old, never on wheels, always floats. Wife bought it for me on our first Christmas, been busted and fixed only once, then I clipped the wings and put a Super Cub cowl on it. Scratch built a Schneider Cup racer from old Stream Inc plans, awesome lake flyer. I sure like that D-7, what is the span? I have put a few hours on trying to get that wing incidence correct, gave up, will try again tomorrow, John.
