Ok Corsair, my mate Ron came over yesterday and we checked the prop, one plade considerbly heavier than the other 3. Lots of sanding and I have a balanced prop and it runs smoothly.
Now consdering that these are essentially a PnP degin will just basic assembly one would expect prop to be balanced. Not in this case.
Wing is quite an easy repair, bit of epox and cut 2 small troughts to epoxy in some thin CF rod. Should be fixed by weekend then back to the P47.
